The Foundation Workshop lays out the roadmap to mastering whatever you love to do - be it in your profession or some other are of your life.

We discuss why Mastery is essential in today's hyperconnected, complex and global economy. You come away with the tools and technology to support you on your way to Mastery.

The workshop is full of stories about both famous and unknown masters. You will see how they sustain their journey of mastery by incorporating seven elements into their lives. You will learn how you can do the same. In fact, we will a series of reflection breakouts where you will begin to chart your own path to mastery.

During the day, you find yourself reflecting on your life - what moves you, what you long to create, and the path you are on. You might find surprising insights and a awaken sense of purpose. You will learn to see the world through the eyes of a master, recognizing opportunities learn and grow.

This workshop has benefited people from all walks of life - architects, writers, healthcare professionals, personal trainers, sales executives, finance, musicians, artists, chefs, technologists, etc.

The distinctions, practices, and tools you take away can be applied to mastery in your profession or in other areas of your life. We have had people take the workshop and accelerate their path to mastering a personal passion, such as yoga; and then take what learned through that process and apply it to their profession.
